I’ve been going to this dentist for a while and have never missed an appointment — I always show up on time and respect their policies. Recently, I had a last-minute work conflict and gave them more than 72 hours’ notice to cancel, well beyond what most offices require. Despite this, I was charged a $50 fee. I explained the situation via text, but they completely ignored my message. Their policy asks for 48 business hours, but since they’re only open from 7 a.

m. to 2 p. m. , that basically requires nearly a week’s notice — which doesn’t make much sense for working professionals with unpredictable schedules. They were completely inflexible, and honestly, it felt unfair given my track record.

What’s most frustrating is how they expect patients to strictly follow their rules, yet they rarely run on time themselves. I can’t count how many times I’ve waited well past my appointment time. It feels like there’s no mutual respect — they demand your punctuality and flexibility but don’t offer the same in return.

Dr. Shantz and her team is amazing. Even the lovely women at the front desk are a delight. If you have any issues they're quick to help! Which is incredibly awesome. I've had a filling break and they've seen me same day to fix it. They're honestly a wonderful team and exceed expectations. I'm very impressed and pleased with this office, they help out so much. I wouldnt want to go anywhere else!

I have been going to CNS Dental for many years. Dr Schantz is great! There are many dentists closer to my home but I stay with her because of great patient relations. She never tries to push unneeded procedures on her patients. Definitely recommend!
