Avoid this office at all costs. Called to schedule an appointment, was connected to a call center and booked for 10 AM. Arrived prior to 10 AM to the clinic, filled out paperwork and waited until 11:20 AM. Asked the front desk 4-5 times about the wait, every time the response was “we have no idea. ” At 11:20 AM, I found out that my appointment was double booked because of lack of connectivity between the call center and this clinic. I walked out of the clinic at this time.

Employees were rude and self-centered. Not worried about patient experience or time. Wasted over an hour and 20 minutes with no answers on timing expectations or communication that my slot was double booked. Horrible experience and would not recommend to anyone.

I had an extremely frustrating experience at this office, and I would caution anyone thinking of visiting. My recent appointment was mishandled from start to finish. I initially requested a general cleaning but was pressured into a deep cleaning. Despite informing the front desk of my preferences and scheduling issues, I was told my insurance wouldn’t cover a general cleaning, only to later verify with my insurance that they would cover it, and I could reschedule the deep cleaning.

The office staff was unhelpful and failed to follow up with the insurance company, leaving me to do their work for them. Additionally, I was misinformed by the office manager/ dentist about potential malpractice concerns regarding a general cleaning, which turned out to be completely false. I felt forced into a treatment I didn’t want, and the entire experience left me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a patient. To make matters worse, when I received a call from the office to address my concerns, the front desk staff laughed at me and rudely cut me off multiple times.

I expect professionalism and respect from any medical office, but I did not receive either here. I will not be returning to this office, and I highly recommend finding another practice where patients are treated with the care and respect they deserve.

I had an appointment today for the first time. The entire staff was Very professional and helpful. The dentist was thorough and super kind to me and her assistant was personable. The assistant also explained my treatment plan so throughly, I had no questions afterwards. It was a very great experience and I honestly can’t wait until my next appointment. I will say that while figuring out a time to schedule with the sweet lady at the front desk, she suggested a time and someone in the side office asked what is being scheduled, almost as if my appointment would be an inconvenience, but when the sweet lady asked if it’s okay the person didn’t respond.

It made me uncomfortable and the sweet lady didn’t want to be combative so she waited for an answer. The person threw off our happy mood and It was very awkward and I felt bad. Other than that, everything else was really great. Everyone else was warm and friendly.

My appointment is coming up and I was afraid to go do to my very first set of dentures being made wrong I’ve been without teeth for 5 yrs I spoke /vented to😂 Mrs. Tina for almost 20 minutes via phone and she gave me hope she helped me in a area that was filled with fear of getting my denture's made again and they be like the first set a 2nd like time 5yrs ago. Mrs. TINA REASSURED me that everything would be fine and that I will be happy with my choice so I kept my appointment and I’m happy with the level of patience, care and support that Mrs. Tina gave I’m excited about this journey again thanks to Mrs.
