Recently moved to Georgia and needed a new location to have my annual cleaning. My appointment was scheduled originally for February 26th and then the same day I was given an email notification stating that they changed my appointment to March 6th. I complied and didn’t make a big deal of this. Today I go in for my appointment which was scheduled for 12:50pm. They called me in 30 minutes later to complete my X-rays and then sent me to the cleaning seat. They had me laying there for 2 hours straight, only to later come and tell me my cleaning is canceled.

I was absolutely astonished. This is so ridiculous. Who will compensate me for my time? This is supposed to be a medical facility where patients should be taken care of. Edit: They are scamming people, later i found out that they charged my insurance for x-ray and check up, which they didn't do. they are dishonest people and they did not make it right.

I waited an hour past my scheduled appointment time just to be checked in. The front desk staff was unprofessional and rude. They sent me bills for charges I had already paid, and I recently received a debt collection notice related to a visit from two years ago. I called to resolve the issue and was told the location manager would call me back, but I never heard anything.

Overall, the office seems poorly managed and disorganized. I’ll be avoiding chain dental offices going forward.

This was the first dentist I have been too. I used to have a family dentist since I was 12 but unfortunately they closed when I turned 32 so I was nervous trying out someone new but it all worked out. The receptionist Adonna was so kind and helpful setting me up with financial help to get my teeth cleaned and my tooth treated. The dental assistant Damara was sweet and knowledgeable on things I could do moving forward to help with treatment. My dentist Dr.

Pham came in and helped me figure out the issue behind my tooth pain and gave me a deep cleaning to help restore my gums and my teeth. I was really glad that not only did I receive good customer service but you can also tell everyone is knowledgeable when it comes to dental care and procedures. They made me feel comfortable and not embarrassed about my oral issues. I will definitely be back moving forward.

I came here as a new patient a few weeks ago. The dental assistant was nice enough but she seemed very inefficient at her job. I think we spent a whole hour taking x-rays of my mouth. At one point she forgot to put the lead apron on me. I came back a second time since we ran out of time to do a cleaning. The hygienist I had was really nice and great at his job.

I paid my copay and left. A week later I get a message from them saying I still have an outstanding balance. I checked with my insurance provider and they said no claims were submitted by this office. I’ve tried calling the office for the past hour and nobody picks up the phone.
