Amazing service!! After never being able to get in at the Lawrenceville location, I called for a same-day cleaning at any location. . They got me in SAME-DAY! From the front desk to the back everyone was professional and very nice. . . Tahana, Betty, and Dr.

Glass Kudos to you all. . Ebony's music was so good! Good old skool music, just about put me to sleep if I hadn't been singing along to all of them lol. This is where I'll be coming from now on.

Okay service, friendly, and somewhat affordable. ***Edit- I had another appointment there for myself. It was a bit lack luster and never even spoke to the dentist. Was asked if I wanted to come in early and still sat in the chair for almost two hours for some x-rays and the dentist to come in. . . touch my gums and leave. No other communication with her and she left shortly after (left the building for the day). Nothing was explained or anything. .

. just handed a bill to get a deep cleaning and so on from the dental assistant (who was very nice). I didn't schedule the cleaning as I was a bit shocked to be handed a bill with no other conversation. Got an email asking about my experience. I explained my disappointment of it and heard nothing. Only to get a call a couple weeks later asking if I wanted to schedule. Still no response on the frustration and dissatisfaction of my previous visit. Find another dentist and don't waste your time here.

For over a year now, Dr. Glass has been my Dentist at Coast Dental at Five Forks Trickum at Oak Road. She has been wonderful identifying problems, approaching them methodically, and expertly treating my teeth. Really good at assessing and explaining dental issues, with a genuine discussion about treatment plan options and alternatives. Dr. Glass and Betty her Dental Assistant work together extremely well, giving their full attention. For the first time in a long time, I have a full set of teeth that look good.

Her staff is warm, friendly, professional, and extremely skilled at what they do. Betty, Tohanna, and Veronica are all great, and make the office experience warm, calming, and pleasant. Finally, they are great at finding ways to make services affordable. I highly recommend this Coast Dental office in Lilburn and Dr. Glass and her staff.

I had a very good experience, Dr Glass was very good, but what really made things great was Betty, her Dental assistant. I tell you, she really made me feel very comfortable because I was really stressed with the procedures I was getting done. Betty even held my hand tightly throughout the procedure. And she explained all the paperwork and what I needed to do for the aftercare.

She was absolutely wonderful. Oh, and she called me at home the next day just to check on me to make sure everything was ok. Just Wonderful!!! Dr Glass and her entire staff are great!! Highly recommend
