Dr. Mark is very kind and compassionate. I was very nervous being that my teeth weren’t in the best shape. I have been working with her now for months on my treatment plan and it has been great. The front staff and dental assistants are very kind as well. This is my new dentist home.

My first experience wasn't so good because I was double booked and the doctors were limited. . . . it was horrible, but I stayed to get the work done because I had taken off from work to attend my scheduled visit. My second appointment was scheduled appropriately and I was welcomed in and the service I received was great.

The dentist did a great job with my deep cleaning and notified me of what was going on with my teeth. The dentist was professional and confident in her work and I felt very well taken care of. The second time around was a great experience. I would recommend this location for great dental service.

Everything seemed fine but now it has taken them more than three months to put crowns on my teeth that they HAPPILY charged me upfront for but fail to deliver the service in a timely manner. Their receptionist by the name of Sharnell is very rude and ghetto and hung up in my face after making me an appointment for 30 days out and making fun of the fact I used Care credit to pay. I would never waste my time using this company again. Go to Mint Dentistry, they treat you like a person.

i have edited to add, they also have refused to cooperate with the new dental office I went to, and give them a crown I had made, so it can be put in. They claim to have no dentist to perform the procedure but also will not cooperate so that another dentist at another location can out the crown in. Just unpleasant in general.

This location as well as this entire company is HORRIBLE at properly communicating with the appropriate channels to ensure that I receive a refund that I originally requested back in December of 2023. I called this location for that request and whatever employee answered my initial call told me that she had requested it and I would receive it in 15 business days. I specifically asked her to request a check because the card information they had on file was lost.

Given it was just before the holidays, I gave them a courtesy of 2 additional weeks to mail me my check. When I called this office back in mid-late January, I was told it would take 90 days!!! When I called back at the end of March/early April, they told me they needed to approve the refund because they weren't able to refund it back to my card!!!!! Someone called me back to tell me he would push for the paper check approval and that I would receive it "in a few weeks"! Today, I called their "Patient Assurance" line and they read back my file and saw that the office never requested my refund until JANUARY! My paper check was approved in early MAY and we are now almost to JULY and I still do not have my refund. I keep getting promised someone will "reach out" except they never do.

I always have to call. If I could give this location and this entire company zero stars, I would!
