First time visit. Front desk was pleasant & welcoming. I told the Dental assistant, Kira about a problem I have & she was extremely mindful, patient & offered a solution! Dr. Katz was extremely thorough from the exam to the explanation of my next steps. Kira’s follow up was great as well! It wasn’t a rush visit thanks to Kira I didn’t feel on edge about being there.

I LOVE the morrow location!!! Everyone from the Lady at the front desk, the Lady who did my x-rays, the Hygienist and the Doctor were all Phenomenal and Wonderful people that gave Excellent customer care. It was such a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. I have found my new home for dental care!

Although I had to wait close to 25 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Kari made up for the lack of speed of service with her patience and kindness. She was able to answer my many questions with grace. Dr Katz's upon entering was pleasant. It was nice to feel like a patient and not a line item on a revenue spreadsheet.

This was my first visit. I have been going to the dentist since I was a toddler. Every visit I’ve been nervous. This visit was no exception. Upon entering the parking lot, there were designated parks for dental customers. That was a plus. Entering the office I was greeted by a friendly and professional front office. The waiting room was clean and well organized.

The wait was not long at all, even though, I arrived early. Each staff that provided service for my dental care was outstanding. Every procedure was explained. The hygienist and the young lady that took my X-Rays made me feel comfortable. This caused me to calm my nerves. They were both friendly, respectful, attentive , and professional. I scheduled my next appointment before leaving. Thank you, Coast Dental, for a job well done!!!
