I have been a patient for almost 10 years if not more, but the way I was treated my last visit. I most definitely will not return. I was being texted previously by the receptionist to come in for a cleaning. I advised her I had veneers and she said it was fine I would still be able to get cleaned and/or treated if need be. Few days later a tooth that doesn't have a veneer on it gave me problems, a tooth that dentist was aware that had a old filling and could result in this. I didn't get it fix at dentist who did veneers, because it was not giving me problems.

So, I texted receptionist told her the pain I was having went in an Dr. Carrie Newman basically was so concerned with my veneers she would'nt prescribe me antibiotics and stated it's not a infection it's nerve pain. She can't do anything but tell me take pain meds over counter and schedule a consult with a ortho about a root canal. I refused and ask to resign as a customer, I then was offered a numbing needle that would buy me a couple of hours. I refused because you just stated you couldn't do anything for me. Long story short walked out staff was rude.

I went to an amazing dentist for a second opinion, only to find out I had a large abscess, there was no nerve in tooth and results could have been death had I just went on thinking it was nerve pain! I was prescribed Amoxicillin for infection, and hydrocodone for pain. Also a appt was made to fix tooth after infection is all gone I feel 100% better . . .
