Her confidence and warmth made the entire experience feel calm and reassuring. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients, and it shows in everything she does. Highly recommend!

Coastal Kids was able to see my children rather quickly while keeping their appointment time the same. Their team worked quickly and efficiently to give each child a cleaning, x-rays, and exam. They gave me an update on each child's oral health and answered all my questions.

Each child received a toothbrush, floss, toothpaste, a sticker, a toy, and even a tie-dye t-shirt! The kids were back in school before the morning was over. Thank you Coastal Kids for taking care of us!

Highly recommend! The receptionist that helped book the apt was friendly and got us right in. The office itself is extremely child and family friendly. My 4 year old daughter had to have a tooth extracted due to some complications.

The team was amazing! They took time to talk her through every instrument being used and used child friendly techniques from start to finish. They constantly checked in on my husband and I were attentive and thorough with all of our questions and concerns. Again, I highly recommend this practice to any family!

I have been taking my boys here for a few years and have previously enjoyed our experience with Dr. Peskin. But we went and experienced Dr. Juliette Mann and we left really frustrated with her behavior and then refusal to allow me to book appointments for 2 out of 3 of my children in the afternoon. She was very impatient with a 3 and 4 year old who of course were crying and fussy! Working with kids should come with an understanding that it doesn't matter the time of day, dentist can be scary and uncomfortable. Crying is normal behavior.

She was making rude comments during the appointment saying "calm down it doesn't hurt" She did not make my family feel comfortable at all. Then we had someone else attempting to take x-rays on my oldest and was forcing the equipment in his mouth while he was gagging and crying. I had to go over and ask her to stop and find another way, which she did but it should not have taken me asking her to find another way if that option was available. There was only one staff member who handled my children with care (hygienist) at the beginning of the appointment. Thank you ma'am! Then my oldest was ignored by the exiting staff member when he asked for a sticker at the end of the appointment when I watched them give everyone else one. I will not be back here.

I have to find a place that is patient, warm, welcoming to everyone, and makes my kids feel comfortable as much as possible. I would also like to note, this is the first appointment where all of us were split across the room because they messed up our appt and only had 1 child booked so they had to squeeze the other two in. So myself and my husband walked back and forth between 3 toddlers so there was always 1 child who couldn't see us. All I can say is please do better! If you have no patience please find something else to do! I should not have left that appointment feeling frustrated like I did. Especially my oldest son who asked "mommy why didn't they give me a sticker when I asked" His first dental appointment he was excited about and declared he was brave! To leave with him upset at being ignored by the staff is angering me all over again smh!
