He told me I had money because I look nice and asked if I paid my copay. He then told me that white people must treat me better because I am half white. My appointment was at 830pm and this transpired between 10pm when he finally saw me and 1018pm when I walked out. He was extremely loud and in violation of hipaa speaking to everyone about everything. He insinuated that I could afford better insurance and spoke about how those who use medicaid cheat the system.

When I wasn't amused by his accusations, he began speaking to other staff members about me while I was sitting right there. He spoke down to his assistants consistently. He was arrogant, condescending, and extremely unprofessional! Now I understand why his practice looks, smells, and sounds the way it does.

The Staff was nice- the DENTIST was NOT. Not only is he unprofessional he is rude and disgusting disrespectful. He told a young teen “not to touch him. He is not Michael Jackson. He doesn’t hold hands with lil boys nor dudes”. His bedside minor is awful! We left and as we were leaving he yelled out made me waste my medicine! Don’t come back until he (my 18 yr old) grow a pair balls.

It was 1 am and I was ready to go. He does not use anesthesia so he is mad that my son and the other teen were screaming in pain. Then he said your son is going to die! One of the young ladies quit & was crying from his lack of professionalism, his berating of another young lady that is a student & his wife. She just could not take it any longer.

Went to Dr. collins office over several years prior for an emergency filling.that guy was strange back then, and the only reason I went was because my insurance referred him.his reception and he got into a verbal altercation. The guy is a con artist.everything you all are saying is 100% correct. About this guy.

I took my 12 yr old daughter there and he was so rude and very disrespectful. Her appt was at 9 and she didn't get seen until 11. He was so rough with her that he caused her to have an anxiety attack and tried to verbally attack me due to her crying and then he yelled at her telling her to stop crying. He told her that she needed two root canal and when we told him she wanted them to be pulled out he said that he has those same two teeth and he's 60 something years old with all his teeth.

Then he said the mom doesn't have money to fix her teeth and it's a generational curse. This was my first time ever experiencing a doctor of any profession being so disrespectful and rude to the patient or parent. He also lied too.
