Senior Citizens BEWARE. This business targets senior citizens and scams them. I went in for a replacement partial and was told they would do the impression and call me in two weeks. Two weeks went by and I called them. I asked if my partial was there for pickup. They told me I would need to come in and get a second impression made. This was never discussed in the first appointment -- nor was it scheduled when I left. I only found out when I called to see if my partial was there. When I asked why I was told that was their policy .

. . ". . . that's the way we do business. Do you want to make an appointment OR WHAT?" Stay away from this place and spread the word.

I had a loose crown and they worked me in within a day which even my regular dentist didn't offer to do. Dr. Weems did a great job and saved my existing bridge and crown which saved me a fortune. Very considerate and patient in my care and needs. Definitely would recommend.

This dentist office is very unprofessional. They scheduled me for an appointment on two different Fridays. The first Friday they scheduled me I go to the build and no one is there. So I called and left a message. Someone called me back and say they were sorry but we not there on Friday.

Then 5 months later they scheduled me for another Friday appointment and say they made an error and they not there on Friday. Then they scheduled me for another appointment for today at when I get there she tells me that they only have one hygienist and they couldn’t see me today. No one never contact me and she was nasty and didn’t even say she was sorry. I would not recommend this dentist office.

I went in for my appointment on 12/14/2020 to get my biannual teeth cleaning and check-up. After I checked-in it took close to 5 minutes for them to call me back into my room to clean my teeth. Joi, my Dental Hygienist was fantastic! She explained everything she was doing in great detail and gave me some great tips to help keep my gums and teeth healthy. The dentist was very nice as well.

My experience was very good. I’ve been using Collinsville Dental Care for 3 years and they have been great. I would recommend giving them a try if you’re looking for a place keep up with your oral hygiene.
