I've been a patient since 2015 and didn't think much of the Dr. or staff. I knew it wasn't the greatest dental office but they took care of my needs, were close to home and had convienent hours at the time. I had a crown done by Dr. Lee in 2016. By 2017 it was shifting and getting stuck when flossing.

I figured I'd go back to have this looked at. At that time I saw Dr Bavli, to mention she is the owner of the office and it was my first encounter with her. She started off by asking why I was seeing her and not Dr. Lee. She was very unprofessional and rude. She didn't introduce herself, didn't try to make my visit warm, welcoming or inviting.

In fact I couldn't wait to leave. With that being said I still gave this disgraceful office another chance by calling them to schedule an appointment for a check of the same crown that has yet to get fixed Or corrected. Upon contacting them I was informed by the receptionist that Dr Bavli had terminated me from their office. I couldn't help but laugh as this is their MO! What a shame!!! I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy there! Every dog has his day and what you do in this world you pay for! Good or bad!! I wish this office the best of luck!

She is very rude, unprofessional, does not have manners, my big error was take my daughter there since she is not even a pediatric dentist. I do not recomend her for kids. Also she prescribed braces to my daughter almost 3 years ago when my daughter still had her babies teeth and 3 years after she did it again, I do no know what she was thinking. Today was the last day that I took my girl there.

I'm sitting in the waiting room, and lady rep at desk tells doc a patient on the phone doesn't have insurance, and the doctor (Dr. Lee) blurts out the most Nelson-from-the-Simpsons' HA-HA. Completely rude to respond like that to what I assume was a previous customer (from me overhearing the conversation). Unprofessional and rude. Came in for a cavity fix, since last appointment (same dentist) I was told I had 6. Now he tells me I have FOURTEEN cavities. It's not impossible that it may be true, but last check up was a month ago and have been taking *extra* care of my teeth and eating virtually zero sugar (diet).

So it is extremely unlikely that my mouth somehow doubled in cavities. Shady doctor. Bad service. This dentist should watch what's coming OUT of his mouth. Instead of fillings, he needs feelings. Leaving review for others to be wary and share similar stories if they have also had a bad experience here.

This review is long overdue but I don’t remember the doctor who saw me but I remember the doctor was male and Asian. More than all, this was the place I went to. I came here before the pandemic started and never again went back. I got an X-ray and cleaning done. The x-ray showed that I didn’t have cavities, but when I pointed out a back tooth he said that it was a cavity.

(The images said I didn’t???) When I said I would think about it and was walking out the door the assistant was already coming with the needle. The cleaning wasn’t so good either. It was fast and before I knew it, it was over. I went to a second opinion, and was told that the tooth did not have a cavity, rather that’s how it came out and should be left alone.
