I read couple of good reviews and thought this was a good place…boy l was wrong!! It’s horrible and dr Torres is careless person. I saw her last year in August for an implant, did scans give me injection and walk away, by the time she started l felt everything pain was bad. She give me another injection but surgery was unsuccessful. She told me come back in 4 months for another scan and consultation. When l come back her assistant took scan but dr.

Torres did not want to see me or talk to me and let me know comparing my scans is it safe to go for an another surgery. I when to my dentist he called her to send nots and scans office did not wanted to provide them l call them 3 times didn’t want to give me anything. This place is horrible, overrated and overpriced. Billing department isn’t better it took them 2 months to refund $200 and l was charged $1656 for implant l did get. Stay away from this place!!!

Dr Jose is absolutely wonderful! He is very knowledgeable and very good at what he does. I felt completely comfortable in his hands with my big dental issues. The whole staff was also very friendly and helpful. Thank you Dr. Jose and staff.

I would not recommend going to this place. I waited for 2 hours when I was supposed to just get a simple bacteria culture for antibiotics to treat my periodontal disease. After waiting that entire time the patient coordinator, Brittney, comes into to tell me that I need 6-7 implants per upper and lower arch to support all on four implants. To be clear the entire time I never saw an actual general dentist or dental surgeon. They never even cared to look in my mouth to see what the actual situation was like. Also, instead of charging me $93,689 they were ONLY going to charge me $50,000. The icing on the cake was that insurance won’t cover any of this since it’s mostly a fully cosmetic procedure.

She was of course kind enough to offer me a financing option of 0% for 24 months. This place seems like a joke. They even tried to tell me I had to pay for the CT scan after I was already told via text the entire consult would be free. Who would try to pull that after just handing me a bill for $50k??? If you do need to get all on four implants there are many places that can do the upper and lower bridges for $30k with really great material options, just call around. Definitely don’t fall for their high pressure sales tactics. This definitely felt like a used car dealership! I guess they realized they were in the wrong here, so now they are trying to call me privately on my cell phone. I would highly recommend staying away from this business.

I also had a poor experience with Dr. Torres a few years ago similar to was mentioned in multiple other negative reviews. I get the impression that they just want to do the most expensive procedures they can do in a day and just bill people as much as they can or their insurance companies. ALWAYS get a second opinion after coming here.
