The office is located across from the Lidl grocery store. Its double glass doors whisk you into a bright and cheerful crew. The lobby is packed. That's a good sign! The wait was short. I'm ushered into a small conference room. Here is where you shop and discuss your options with the office coordinator. Who is amazing, BTW? Came to a decision of what is right for me. No one hassled me or gave me a stinky sales pitch. Next, I'm floated to the low radiation output CT scanner.

After the scan, it's Into one of the large and open patient care rooms. Here is where I met and discussed my options with the doctor performing the pricedure. He explained everything in detail, and he took the time to answer my questions. Returned on the agreed upon date and time. From there, you are placed into a patient care room with your choice of music and/or tv, Numbing is implemented with quickness and skill. Barely felt it. The team works in concert with each other. They are attentive and aware of your every need. There! Tops and bottoms completed.

Discharge was easy and painless, too. The staff, including Dr Chon, called many times to check on me and see if I needed anything. If you're like me and don't like calls, they will communicate via text. I left satisfied and aware that my life is about to change for the better. Summer is coming, and I haven't been this excited since I was very young. Thank you all.

Updated 9/21 post follow up appointment: I spoke at length with Dr. Jose and Dr. Torres both owners of the practice and I have been assured that they are taking my concerns and experience seriously, and will be addressing and training the admin staff. I feel better about my overall care and I am giving the practice another opportunity to turn my perception around. Again I had no issue with the care from the providers, and I really do hope I continue to have positive future experiences with the practice. I’ve been here quite a few times between my appointments and my husbands. First I’ll mention the things I like about the practice and there are not many. I like Dr.

Chon and the dental hygienists for the most part. Professional and knowledgeable, very clean sleek modern looking offices at both locations. Now for the bad: the front desk staff at both locations are sorely lacking. They send out appointment reminders for the wrong office location, causing us to be late for one of my husbands appointments. Flat out lied about not doing so even though we clearly had the text reminder showing the wrong office. My appointment for my laser procedure lasted longer than necessary. I was left waiting in the exam room long enough for the numbing gel to completely wear off and just took the lidocaine injections without it because I wanted to get in and out. So my appointment was at 2 I believe the actual surgery happened just over an hour later.

Same issues with follow up appointments, it’s hit or miss whether the reminder is for the office we are supposed to be going to. Dr. Chon is a very competent provider and I’m sure the other providers are good but I will not be going back after my final appointment this month. I personally would rather find a different practice and take my chances. Am I too harsh? Maybe but after seeing patients myself for 16 years I would never behave this way and allow my front desk staff to be so woefully incompetent.
