Dr. Ghozati was the rudest, most unprofessional dentist I have ever visited. I was in for a routine cleaning and while I understand they aren’t painless, Dr. Ghozati’s technique actively made it hurt needlessly more.

She attacked my mouth with the speed of someone who has somewhere better to be, with the roughness of someone who does not care about the patient in front of them. Improper suctioning also left my face, neck and shirt drenched in blood covered spit after having to cough it up because i was drowning in it. When I asked her to slow down and not go so rough she immediately dismissed me and said “I’m not here to please you, i’m here to do my job. ” When I spoke up again after she continued to ignore me she begrudgingly slowed her work down and finally took the time and care to minimize my pain, thus proving she was capable of being careful from the beginning but instead chose to trade patient care and comfort for speed and profit.

Her rough and inpatient handling of my body, her rude and unprofessional bedside manner and her dismissal of my pain have led me to have the worst experience I have ever had with a dentist.
