Columbia Valley Community Health (CVCH) is a prominent non-profit Federally Qualified Community Health Center (FQHC) dedicated to providing comprehensive, integrated healthcare services in North Central Washington. If a specific service isn't offered in-house, CVCH works to coordinate care with trusted external medical professionals. They are committed to providing access to quality healthcare for everyone, regardless of their ability to pay, accepting most private insurance plans, Medicaid, Medicare, and offering a sliding fee scale based on income and family size. Key services offered by CVCH include: Medical Care: Comprehensive primary medical care for adults, children (pediatrics), and obstetrical services (midwifery). They have family medicine providers including physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants, supported by a team of medical assistants and RN care coordinators. Services range from general check-ups and screenings to managing chronic conditions and minor surgical procedures. CVCH also offers Express Care for urgent, walk-in needs. Dental Care: Comprehensive dental services for all ages. Pharmacy Services: On-site pharmacies at several locations for convenient prescription fulfillment. Behavioral Health Services: A robust behavioral health program addressing the needs of children, adolescents, adults, and families. This includes individual, group, child, and family counseling, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, substance dependence, and anger management. They utilize various therapeutic modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Play Therapy. WIC (Women, Infants, and Children) Services: Providing nutritional support and education. Outreach Programs: CVCH actively engages in community outreach, reaching underserved populations in schools, orchards, and health fairs to educate and provide care to those who may not otherwise access healthcare. CVCH has multiple clinic locations across Wenatchee (including a main facility at 600 Orondo Ave, Express Care, and WIC offices), East Wenatchee, and Chelan.
