Medical care - no problem and I appreciate that. Waiting area - poor. You are required to wait in the lobby for the couple of hours your person is back in surgery. There is no WiFi for the public, no amenities, the chairs are worn out and uncomfortable, one small tv in one corner.

Yes these are not important in the big picture, but for the large amount of money I and many others are spending it would be great to be able to get some work done on my laptop and sip on a cup of coffee. My only entertainment is listening to the entire conversation of the front office staff.

The staff here are great. Dr. Forbes is NOT! My daughter has severe anxiety. I had called the office several times warning them of this in hopes of making this experience go as smoothly as possible for everyone. I’m not sure if they did not pass along the message to the Dr, but he was NOT prepared to deal with a young girl with severe anxiety at all. He lost his temper with her and made VERY unprofessional and disrespectful comments to her.

He needs to be the one to “Grow Up. ” I am thankful for the nurse that was very kind to my daughter and did everything she could to help her feel more comfortable. If you struggle with anxieties, DO NOT see Dr. Forbes! I am very sad that now my daughter is even more traumatized.

Dr. Forbes extracted all of my wisdom teeth and was very professional and informative about proper oral care post surgery. My two bottom wisdom teeth were ingrown, angled severely, and with my smaller sized mouth - were a significant challenge to remove from what I understand. Dr. Forbes and his team still completed the extraction and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend!

Absolutely horrible experience at this office two different times. I had a tooth pulled three years ago and the procedure it self was fine. They didn’t give me an antibiotic and said to call if I thought I needed one. A few days after procedure spiked a 103 fever and called office to ask for antibiotics. I was told that I must have the flu and didn’t need antibiotics because if I were to have an infection from procedure it would have happened sooner. Fast forward to today.

My 13 year old son had a consultation for wisdom teeth removal. When I gave the receptionist our health insurance card she informed us that they do not see anyone with this health insurance because the doctors are not covered if they write a prescription. Umm. . you saw me 3 years ago with the same insurance…oh wait you didn’t call me in a prescription and I ended up in the ER with a major infection in my mouth!! I would not recommend anyone going to this office.
