Dr. Banvait took me as a patient when I was in severe pain. She helped me deal with the pain and got me on her schedule for the next morning. When she removed the crown it exposed a cavity that went deep into the root. I wanted her to try to save the tooth with a root canal and sat in the dentist chair for 4.5 hours. I thought she did a great job, and I guess we'll see if the repair holds up.

I’ve going here for 2 years in a row. The docs do decent work everyone seems friendly But I definitely had a lot of annoying schedule experiences that made me just freeze on even wanting to go to them. But the final straw is getting extraction work done 5/16th and being sent home with 1 script to stop the swelling. My bone hurts to the core right now as I type.

And I had to do a follow up visit just to get an over the counter prescription that doesn’t work. I’m not a pill or prescription person But finding out they’re giving me mild drugs I can buy at home when I’ve been crying for days because my bone aches to the core and the swelling won’t go down. I don’t feel respected seen or cared for! I canceled all of my future appointments with this business.

Patient here for three years. Previously there were scheduling issues where different staff would call and text multiple times confirming the appointment after already confirmed with alternate staff or I’d show up and they had a different date noted than provided on my card. Happy to say that has been resolved.

I had a cleaning yesterday and the dental technician and assistant were wonderful. Both were friendly, personal, and professional.
