5 star experience for the most part. Dr. Smith, Abigail, Sherrice, and all the other Hygienists and Assistants have been WONDERFUL. EXCEPT there is one female Hispanic front desk employee at the 53rd Office. I don't remember her name unfortunately. She honestly seems so bothered when I call or have any interactions with her.

Today (5/15) she was rude and I QUIETLY told her that it wasn't appreciated and it was not nice. I'm a person and a customer. She argued with me and I let it go because she was not open to feedback. This isn't the first negative interaction with her. HOWEVER because of the superb service of EVERY other employee, I'm happy to stay with them.

The Dentist and staff are the best!!! My two children love their visits and are educated about teeth care at home. They are always on time with a genuine smile and welcoming Spirit from all! Professionalism and care is outstanding! Definitely highly recommend:)
