10 out of 10 I’m proud to say I have a dentist that I love and who understands that I had a fear of the dentist and within 5 mins of talking Dr. Alisa Nelson-Wade (yes I gave her full government name) was able to put me at ease and cure my fear. I told her if I say I have to go to the restroom that means I’m going home guess what I never said those words because I found the right dentist.

Now I have scheduled my 9 year old an appointment and we now have a family dentist.

if i could give them 0 stars I would. Was looking for an affordable dentist and started coming here, they are the farthest thing from affordable. I started to notice something was off about this practice when I was told i needed to pay 400 dollars before being able to get a dental cleaning for a crown they had put on that ended up being denied by my insurance. My mother is a medical biller who knows everything there is no know about insurance and ends up finding out that it was covered. It’s been covered. What they were trying to charge me for?? Not sure because i never received a call saying it was denied.

Anyways, I go back because my wisdom teeth are causing me a lot of pain, get all 4 taken out and then while i’m numbed up and under nitrous oxide they do work on one of my teeth and put a crown on. Apparently I had a cavity that was not discussed with me. I went through multiple different crowns over a few months because they couldn’t find one that fit. I finally after the 4th try get a good fitting crown (to my knowledge, a patient wouldn’t know exactly what to look for other than how it feels) A few months later it starts hurting, tasting bad when i floss, sensitive when i water pick . Now they say that it hurts because of my braces however my braces only go to my canines. I talked to my ortho about it as well and he said it would be the problem of the dentist and the crown they worked on.

This dentist wants to also charge me to fix whatever issue there might be now with the crown they messed up multiple times. Called a new dentist who has heard multiple bad things about this practice. Please do not come here. Not to mention staff is always very rude and unprofessional. They took advantage of me and the fact that i am 19 trying to just find a good god damn dentist. Also seeing the way they respond to negative reviews and discuss the work the patient had done seems to be violating HIPPA

Amazing dentist. Entire staff gets 5 stars from me. Treated me very gentle, virtually no pain at all. I had major extraction done, abscess removed, and stitches. Would highly recommend to place to anyone needing dental work !!

Comfort Dental, is an office that makes you feel comfortable. They take time to explain everything to you with no pressure. Dr Nelson take her time a make sure that I understood your dental plan and listen to all your questions and concerns. The staff is very helpful and gives you lots of updates reminders. Comfort Dental is a very family like environment and I thank each of them for that.
