My partner came in for an exam to get going on fixing multiple issues that she was well aware she had. She had visited the office before and seen a doctor she really liked that is no longer there, but she hoped the other doctors would be similar. She had been shamed multiple times in her life regarding her oral health and has some trauma with going to the dentist from childhood that has paralyzed her from taking steps towards getting procedures done that she knows she needs. She let the office know multiple times that she had lots of anxiety about the dentist and there was over communication about that. The techs were amazing and kind and helpful with answering her questions and they seemed to be sensitive to her anxieties.

That absolutely was not the case with Andrea. She was not at all sensitive to her anxiety and spent most of the time shaming her about how long the issues have been there. She was rude and interrupted her multiple times when asking about her health concerns. She also gave her a list of "necessary" procedures including a cleaning seperated into two parts. .

seems like she is more concerned with the money than the "comfort" of her patients. Needless to say she will be going elsewhere for her dental work.

I get very anxious at the dentist. Medina and Dr Pallat were so kind and patient. The front desk staff were very friendly. It was a good experience. I highly recommend this office.

Very kind and sweet people there. My 5yr old goes here and they are just wonderful with her. I just sit back and let them do the thing. She gets more comfortable with them each time.

First time here, staff is super nice. Office is clean and efficient. Visit went very well, but I felt like I was rushed out, my Dental hygienist had another appointment waiting. I wasn’t offered a new toothbrush or any of the goodies you get at the end of your visit. So that was a bummer.
