William, my spouse. received a deep cleaning of his teeth with the hygienist. He was especially pleased that the hygienist chose to use gel as a way to anesthetize his gums prior to treatment. It made a big difference to him as he felt absolutely no pain.

He felt the needles for anesthesia are more painful than the procedure used to deep clean his teeth. He left the office with a big smile and a lift in his step.

I just have to say that I have never seen a more determined, young and passionate person with such great customer service until Reagan helped me yesterday. She was the only one up front checking patients in and out, inputting insurance information and making sure our bills were correct. She is a great asset.

She was also on the phone with patients that were calling in. Absolutely amazing. She definitely needs rewarded for her outstanding customer service!

First visit here, and all I can say is WOW!!!! the staff is beyond phenomenal. They were extremely thorough in the exam, and explained everything and the reason behind it. The dentist was very patient and made me feel at ease. She answered all my questions, no matter how many I asked. Joy, provided stellar customer service.

Kept me laughing and made me comfortable. It's going to be nice to be able to see the same people each visit. No more dentist ping ponging, where each time is someone different like many other places. So thankful I found this place!!! They now have a patient for life!!! ANOTHER phenomenal visit!!!
