WARNING. . Needed a crown on a back tooth because the cavity was bad enough, that they couldn't fill it. Ok fine; I'm in no pain. Male "dentist" insists he needs to drill it, and put a crown on. He drops a drill bit in the back of my throat, and I shoot up gagging. No "I'm sorry". No "Are you ok?" He goes, "Yeah, that happens sometimes".

Guy drills it down to a very sensitive nub, and puts on a temp, that falls out three separate times. Wasn't eating on it because I was living on protein shakes. They kept getting annoyed and telling me not to eat on it. I insisted I didn't, and the third time, I didn't even bother to go back. I just waited until the crown came in (in pain). This time, I insist on a different dentist. She tried to put the crown on, and because the tooth was almost ground to the nerve, I was in obvious pain. This "dentist" didn't like it, so she told me to calm down, and I need to be "easy" ?? with her.

. Nasty jerk gets up and comes back in with ear buds, so she can't hear me. . Sociopathic, Mickey Mouse operation, with shoddy dentistry work. If I could give less than one star, I would.

These people were suppose to do my root canal, they lied and told me my insurance didnt cover it. So, I called because I felt it was a lie. Sure enough, my insurance company told me I was approved and we called them on 3 way. The lady who answered was completely racist and unprofessional. I felt this as done out of racism because why lie? I will be speaking to a lawyer soon.

I got in quickly. Only had to wait a few minutes for my technician to start. And (thanks to my bridging twice a day) my cleaning was quick and event free. 👍🏿

Practice is very efficient and the doctors seem well-equipped to handle everything. The assistants are funny, and some of the doctors are too. . . making for your visit to be very welcoming.

Silvia at the front desk is very accommodating especially when it comes to billing. I say all this because over the past month I have had 3 root canals done, and all 4 wisdom teeth pulled. They are good at what they do.
