I was having an extremely hard time with my insurance company representatives stating that I didn’t have coverage, when I know I was covered , which was very frustrating but Cristal S went above/beyond to make sure the mix up was corrected and I was seen . The customer service was excellent not to mention they care about their patients. 10/10 for me

Place is an absolute JOKE. They are rude, unprofessional from up front to everyone in between, including the dentist(whomever hasn't left..there's always high turnover here). Your appointment will get canceled with no provocation, even if scheduled far in advance. Save your time and frustration, and go to a real dentist. This is the waffle house of dentists.

Where to start the front desk girl is beyond cocky, and unprofessional. I had an appointment in March, was told i needed 2 crowns they would call to get authorization, called me 2 weeks later got the authorization and scheduled my appointment for today. Front desk called yesterday to confirm and text toay to confirm . while driving to my appointment i get a call from front desk, cocky ass girl, to tell me they got the authorization through my old insurance, which is a lie because my old insurance was canceled.

They had all my new insurance info at appointment in march, where i was seen told i need 2 crowns and then told i had been authorized for 2 crowns. This office is so mismanaged, and the girl who works the front desk is the most rude person ive ever come in contact with. By the other reviews ive read, im not the first to say this. She doesn't belong working with the public, she needs to leave her street attitude at home.

Found new dentist, by the way they have messed up just the insurance info , i wouldn't let them touch my teeth Do yourself a favor dont come to this office. Horrible experience!!!!
