The dentist is always great but this place has canceled numerous appointments on me the day before my appointment. Even after I have already verified that I will be there two days prior to my appointment. Again today my appointment was canceled for tomorrow only to be told that I can no longer go to the Port Huron office and will have to go to New Haven because the office is closing down.

I received a letter stating the office was closing the 26th but apparently it's closing now. Honestly tired of the run around from this office I would recommend going elsewhere if you don't want your appointments being cancelled last minute after you've already taken off work

Heather, the nurse practitioner, is absolutely incompetent. I saw her, with a complete, detailed list of my medications, in hand, to my first appointment that she said she’d prescribe for me to be able to continue my health care. For some reason, I then had to fight with them to actually get the prescriptions sent to the Walgreen’s on tenth for about 2 weeks. None of them are narcotics. None.

Then, when they did get sent to the pharmacy and I picked them up, I, for some reason, a prescription for something I don’t even need, and never in my life needed. An inhaler prescription my insurance covered for absolutely no reason. I’ll be sure to let them know this tomorrow actually… At the same appointment, I had her test me for approximately 40-50 things. When several tests came back out of range, it took a WEEKS for anyone to contact me to discuss. And now, she found it impossible to send a script for prescription strength Naproxen.

Every single time I’d go to pick up the Naproxen I’ve been prescribed for 15 years from other doctors, the pharmacy would tell me she sent them a prescription for over-the-counter Aleve! When she FINALLY sent the pharmacy the prescription strength, my insurance company ask for a prior authorization. One that, when she responded to the pharmacy, she ended up resending a script for regular aleve, AGAIN. I NEEDED THE NAPROXEN BECAUSE I DID 20 miles per hour into the concrete off my E-bike! And that’s been weeks ago…and I still don’t have my pain reliever! After SEVERAL attempts to contact her, I still don’t have access to my medication??? Then, as I, just recently, tried to refill other prescriptions, two of them are THE WRONG DOSE!! All I can say, to anyone, that’s thinking about using Community First as a place to receive heath care, is, please, for the love of God, DON’T risk it! They couldn’t care less if you actually receive proper health care. ALL INSURANCE COMPANIES SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS INCOMPETENCE at Community First in Port Huron, Michigan.

Didn’t listen to me sent in wrong blood pressure medication and won’t correct without me coming back in. As I’m paying cash it’ll cost me $200 in just doctor appointments for blood pressure medication that’s ridiculous.

The people who work here do not care about their patients! I had terrible difficulty in getting a medication refilled this past week. There was little to no communication with the 3 parties involved! I will be seeking a new place for my medical needs! Well it took me ONE MONTH to get an appointment with Dr. Mini.

Then I just found out this morning that she will be out of the office ALL THIS WEEK! I am very sorry but this office is nothing but a VERY BAD JOKE!!! Now it is 12/18/24 and I just reviewed my last office visit statement. There is a charge for an office visit in November for $223!!! I'm sorry but it should only cost maybe $40 or $60 right??? Once again this place is OUTRAGEOUS!
