Receptionist is incredibly rude! And very horrible with communication! Her English isn’t the best. I had gotten a phone call the day before my appointment saying to be there at 6:30 and no need to be there any earlier than that and when I got there she had with a rude tone said “no I told you yesterday that your appointment was at 6:15!” Then she went to go back to talk to the doctor and he said he couldn’t get me in when I got there at 6:20, so literally only five minutes late even though she told me 6:30 yesterday. I told her I would need some pain meds then because I had previously been waiting a month and a half in extreme pain just to get my tooth done.

So she went back again to talk to the doctor and then she said that he could see me and have a seat then I waited 50 minutes. Ask her how much longer and she snapped at me saying “I told you he can’t see you!” So obviously the communication wasn’t all there with her. If he wasn't going to see me why then did you tell me to take a seat? Definitely don’t recommend going to this place, this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with them.

Had an excellent experience! Joanna was so helpful with sorting my insurance out, the X-Ray technician was gentle when taking all those uncomfortable images, and the Hygienist was fast, thorough, and kind. Dr. Eidal was very professional and took time to go over all my concerns. Thanks Community Health!!!

Honestly, for someone that’s fearful of dentists and has high anxiety towards it, this isn’t the place for you. Their care is like a fast food line, they seem to have a time limit and it’s to get you out of there quicker than seeing you. Not very clean either.

I hate leaving bad reviews but for the sake of someone going that already has a hard time going to the dentist… I would find a place that will better support you with your visit.

They’re really particular about their time slots. I’ve been turned away for an appointment for being 10 min late but there’s been other times where I’ve had an appointment and waited over a half hour past my appointment start. It’s definitely not a two way street, so be prepared if you’re bothering to waste the gas money, and your time. They also typically schedule out a month or more ahead so it can be hard to be seen. That being said I think they do pretty good work and offer affordable services, especially since they take many low income insurances.

The dentists, and the technician who does my annual teeth cleaning are friendly and do a good job, the receptionists though historically have been rude or indifferent at best. I’ve been coming here for years but lately have been reconsidering. P. S. the times on google for the dental clinic as of today are inaccurate.

They say they close from 12-12:30, but the dental clinic is actually open. Just got turned away from another appointment because of it (apparently that’s the times for Milgard Medical, but not for the dental).
