I’m glad this place exists. My gender affirming care is very important to me and my health and It honestly feels so refreshing to have a place that I don’t have to be scared at and I can just go and get done what I need to so I can focus on my career and life. Dr. Kassi is great and everyone is very friendly. Much love.

I tried going to the VNA because it's close to my home, but unfortunately when I called the lady who answered the phone didn't understand me, her accent was extremely thick i couldn't understand her and she didn't understand I was trying to make an appointment she couldn't answer my questions because she didn't understand what I was trying to say. How can you have someone work there who can't communicate properly. And then I called back I actually called the Keyport, office I got a guy but the phone hung up on me. . .

so I called a 3rd time got another lady that I could kinda understand but no male doctor's at the Asbury Park, office I prefer a male doctor. I told people I know is Asbury Park, and told me to stay away from there. . . that's there's long wait time's ect.

And yes I heard horror stories about the dental place there and I did go to the dentist there before the pandemic and I hear it's still bad. And I was told there's only (4) doctor's there I can't imagine the wait time for that. I'll try another doctor

I made an appointment to be seen for a toothache. I was given a rinse and told to make an appointment to come back for a cleaning and a dental Check up. The appointment I got was three months out. I waited the three months, Only to get a call the Friday before my appointment to tell me the doctor wouldn’t be in and they wanted to schedule me for three months further down the line which would’ve been June or July. I told them this was unacceptable and actually neglect of the patients Having someone wait six months when I originally went in for a toothache.

So they called me back and said they could get me in another location in April And I said forget about it and am going somewhere else now. . I can only imagine trying to get my Dental work done at this place. I highly don’t recommend going here for dental care! They will have you waiting six months to get in!
