Great dental office. The staff and dentist were fantastic. The office was very busy and we still got in on time.

My daughter called Over in advance and told them she was having tooth pain. They scheduled her right away and when she went in for her appointment the front desk people were very rude ans snotty, then she saw a dentist who didn't do anything and told her to reschedule an appointment for a teeth cleaning. Would not recommend. Zero stars if possible

yikes folks

I went in for a cleaning, they only took x-rays then scheduled another appointment later in the week. I come back and I let them know I have overstimulation issues, sometimes the sound of them scraping/ cleaning my teeth is too much- like nails on a chalk board, and I need a pause. That's all. They spun that as me having tooth sensitivity issues and then told me they couldn't clean my teeth because I was too sensitive. I have SENSORY issues. They hadn't even began to clean my teeth. They had put numbing cream in my mouth, even when I said I didn't think I needed it because they insisted it would help.

They let it drip into the back of my throat which is where I stopped them and where they left the room for almost 10 mins to check in with the dentist. When she returned, she told me I was too sensitive. I had no pain what so ever, I have sensory issues. I explained this to her and it was like I was speaking a different language. They wouldn't let me talk to the dentist about lt it only the hygienist and the desk ladies. They referred me elsewhere because they said they didn't have to tool ls to help me. They could not answer what tools it was that they didn't have that other places would have.

I said they needed to give me something stating that they're refusing me care and they insisted it was because my teeth were so sensitive that I couldn't keep my mouth open which is just a lie. They hadn't even started cleaning my teeth and I had 0 pain. Idk if it was her not wanting to deal with my sensory issues or if she just didn't want to work. I couldn't have been any clearer there was no room for misunderstanding. I even came back later that day to talk and it was the same story.

they got my number somehow, i have NEVER been here or live close to eagle grove. they called me, left a pretty unprofessional voicemail saying that i am due for something, the mic cut out or got muted when it got to that point. i call back twice, to get no answer each time. if anyone from the clinic sees this, dont call me again!
