I had the best experience!! Very professional and the work on my tooth is perfect!! NO PAIN just a beautiful looking tooth 😁 The team I had worked so well together. It's a shame that some of the people who go in there are so rude and belligerent with staff.

I witnessed it first hand and the staff remained calm and accommodated them as best they could. I would recommend them and am truly grateful I found them!!

I recently had the pleasure of having Jade, the dental assistant, assist my aging mother during a dental visit, and I cannot express enough gratitude for her exceptional service. Jade not only answered all of my mother's questions with patience and professionalism but also displayed a kindness that was truly angelic. What stood out most was Jade's remarkable efficacy and dedication to her role. It felt as if she went above and beyond her duties, demonstrating a level of care and attentiveness that went beyond the typical expectations.

In fact, her impact seemed to surpass even that of the dentist. Jade's patience was particularly noteworthy. She took the time to ensure my mother felt comfortable and understood every step of the process. Her professionalism shone through, making the entire dental experience a positive and reassuring one.

In summary, Jade's commitment to her job, coupled with her compassion and professionalism, made a significant difference for my mother and left a lasting impression on our overall experience. I am truly grateful for her outstanding service and the genuine care she provided.

I wouldn't recommend, especially if you're in pain. Find a place that has more compassion and understanding. I went for a tooth that's been so bad hurting deep in the root. He numbed me but I could still feel my tooth throb so I told him he Said he'd numb a little more, wherever he stuck the needle had my entire body jump to where I "grabbed" the assistant. Now I get it, you can't do that and I'm apologizing while in so much pain.

The practically kicked me out and said go find a surgeon cause we can't have that here. The professionalism is not there. But I guess that's how people get while dealing with us new ken folks.

These people didn't believe a word I said! I got off of pain medicine and obviously at first I wasn't doing very well! 2 months later I was actually doing well. I missed one appointment and I even called in to tell them that I was doing fine and for them to tell them that I will call and reschedule. I was just finally starting to work.

I got off my medicine and started to work for the first time in like 15 years! So I was busy. Then I get a letter in the mail saying that PennDOT was taking my license! Here I find out this doctor's office decided to send in the PennDOT saying that I was a harm to society because they thought I was still doing bad and going through withdrawals but I wasn't. I was doing fantastic! I was doing the best I ever was in my life.

Jen, they decided to tell PennDOT to take my license which they did! Thank God I finally got it back but these people do not care about anything other than what makes them money they wanted to put me on medicine that I told them a long time ago gave me bad bad anger and reactions! They still tried pushing medicine on me even though I knew I shouldn't be on it! They just wanted to make their quota! Don't trust these people and don't go here! I'm now at the point where I'm so stressed out about what happened. I'm having health issues! If I had a good lawyer I would honestly probably take these people to court!
