Wonderful clinic! Able to have multiple appointments in one visit (medical, dental, vision) if available; convenient, compassionate, and very very knowledgeable physicians and helpful staff! They also offer free patient transportation via their shuttle.

The dental visits were a Godsend, since I have not been able to afford them in many, many years…. Between Jamie and Doc Selya, my senior mouth is as healthy as it can be. Patience, courteous, empathetic and knowledgeable… also grand at reducing anxiety over dental visits. Highly recommend trusting this process

Tuesday January 16th 2024 I chipped my tooth Saturday night. I left two emergency messages with the answering service & they got back to me Tuesday morning to schedule an appointment for Thursday. Them squeezing me in for an Emergency appointment is great & really appreciated. This office continues to be great! Wednesday December 6th 2023 Their official address takes you to the front of the mall, but their location is really in the back in-between the green bus stop & where the mall food court used to be. Huge sign, you can't miss it. The hallway walking in is creepy af like you're in the shining or something 🤣 Check in is very straight forward & easy as well as making the actual appointment over the phone. My original appointment was a few months out but I needed to be seen sooner. All you have to do is call & ask about cancelations & they will fit you in.

They do have several locations, as well! The Pottstown office is filled with happy, friendly receptionists, assistants, dentists & doctors. All of the employees are professional, knowledgeable & very personable. I feel comfortable coming here for my dental needs. The lobby is decorated really cute for the holidays & there's plenty of very comfortable seating while you wait. My first appointment last week they did x-rays of my teeth. They took forever, I think it's an old school method they use. No biggie. My appointment today was for a cleaning.

My dentist was extremely friendly, quick, efficient, funny & most importantly, very gentle with my cleaning. It was one of the easiest cleanings I've ever had in my 35 years of life (and I go every 6 months). My only complaint is the water they wash your mouth out tastes horrific LOL. You've been warned. Got my free toothbrush, floss & tooth paste as well. Winning. Highly recommend this office! 5 stars 🌟

I am the "chauffeur" for someone who doesn't drive any longer. She comes to CHDC for her dental care and I recently brought her to an appointment. I was impressed with the excellent customer service and pleasant attitude of all the employees we came in contact with. We had an early morning appointment and we barely got to sit down before she was escorted back to the hallway where all the various offices are. Everything is labeled clearly so that a patient can easily find the offices that there appointments are in.

This section has ambient lighting which is unusual for a healthcare facility, and is decorated in a way that is unexpected for a medical facility. If the purpose of this is to put people at ease, I think that is achieved here. I At the reception desk in the dental offices, I needed to make further appointments for my lady's continued dental work. The receptionist went out of her way to get an appointment time that worked with my schedule and also to have the patient seen by the specific dentist she was familiar with. While I was standing there alone at one point, two different employees asked me if I was being helped.

Another thing that was exceptional was the dental hygienist agreed to come in early to work on my lady even though it was before the scheduled start of her day. These are examples of the positive interactions that I experienced at CHDC. One would hope this type of customer service would be the norm with healthcare providers but frequently that is not the case. This office, however, excels in making a visit to the dentist as positive an experience as possible!
