_WARNING: Avoid Community Health Services at all costs I am writing to express my outrage and disappointment at the catastrophic damage caused by Dr. Samantha Lindsay, the dental team at Community Health Services. Despite my explicit requests and lack of consent, they recklessly drilled into two opposing teeth, exposing dentin and overdrilling two fillings she replaced The consequences of their actions have been devastating: - Two root canals - Two crowns - Exposed dentin, leaving my teeth vulnerable to further damage - misaligned teeth -destroyed my occlusion on the left side - causing 40 pounds lost due to not being able to eat -extreme pain and discomfort -thousands of dollars twards repairs What's even more disturbing is the staff's response to my trauma.

When I exhibited natural trauma responses, they laughed and showed no empathy or understanding. This lack of compassion and professionalism is unacceptable. Dr.

Samantha Lindsey and the team at Community Health Services demonstrated a blatant disregard for patient consent, safety, and well-being. If I could rate this place a 0 I would! I went in for a fractured tooth on September 12th. I called last week to tell them the tooth was very painful and I wanted to have it pulled. They said they couldn't get me in till December 8th. Till then to take ibuprofen and tylenol.

They called me in a antibiotic. Today I called them to tell them the pain is horrible, my face is swollen, I have sores on my gums and if I could get in sooner. The lady calls me back after talking to the dentist and said we have nothing sooner, we tried calling you last week to get in to have it pulled but you didn't answer, you have to answer. Well first off they never called i have caller ID and if they did they didn't leave a message! This place is a joke! Can get me in right away to fill it and mess it up but I have to wait months to get it pulled??
