The worst place ever. I called 3 months ago when I broke and tooth and they couldn't get me in until November. It wasn't hurting so I was OK with it. Today was my appointment. I get there and they said they rescheduled it because I didn't confirm my appointment. I said yes I did and showed proof. Then she said it was because the Dr was triple booked. Not my problem.

The nerve in my tooth became exposed yesterday so now I'm in excruciating pain. I kindly asked if there was anything I could do for the pain or anywhere that may see me and she said her next appointment was in March. I could set up so much infection my March. They genuinely don't care about you here. Find somewhere else. So now I'm in uncontrollable pain until I find a dentist to help after this mess.

Suffering from TMJ from my last cleaning in May 2024. This was my second dental cleaning at this location. The first one went very well. The most recent hygienist was very rough. My jaw started clicking almost immediately after my cleaning.

After the clicking came the pain. I can't open my mouth more than 2 inches. Eating is painful, yawning too. I'm seeing an orthodontist but not feeling very hopeful they can fix my jaw.

Save your time and energy and pick a different dentist. Waited 8 months for an initial appointment after moving to go there and find out they wouldn’t do a cleaning and it was only for an exam and x-rays (which they didn’t confirm if I needed them or not until my appointment). I also waited 30+ minutes in the waiting room to be seen when the place was empty.

I have yet to have my cleaning appointment due to them canceling the appointment I did have. They have one hygienist with very limited availability.

I can’t say enough about the doctor & assistant. Dr. Y is so in tune with your needs & is patient & kind. He also is great at giving the shots - I generally don’t feel them at all! His assistant ‘O’ is great & knowledgable - works so well with doc & is kind & thorough. At the beginning & end, they give you all the information you need & answer any questions. Highly recommend!
