I had a moment of panic....my mouthguard broke right before a long summer overseas trip. I called Dr. Agarwal, she contacted the company that made the mouthguard, and they shipped it right away. I got it the day before my trip. Dr. Agarwal takes care of her patients! I appreciate her so much.

I am a repeat patient for Dr. Agarwal since my previous dentist Dr. Kate sold Renew 32 practice to Dr. Agarwal. I was informed that my appointment would be held at the the Brook Lane location. I was expecting to see Dr. Agarwal per appointment reminders, except I was seen by a dentist whom I never met before.

This dentist rushed my appointment (cleaning less than 20 minutes) and I was instructed to 'urgently book appointments' for multiple fillings and a crown that I needed. This came as a surprise, as Dr. Agarwal had not mentioned required dental work in the past year. I left the short appointment feeling very confused and sought a second opinion. As a patient, I want to know who I am seeing and discuss options for care rather than being instructed to quickly schedule dental work. I'm unsure if I will return.

My experience was so strange and uncomfortable, and I'm always reluctant to write a negative review for ANYONE, but I am new to the area and thus to this practice. I went in for my regular six-month checkup and cleaning. No problems at all, but I did need to have one cavity repaired. A basic filling. However, from beginning to end, I found everybody in the office--the reception, the dentists, the techs--to be cold, silent, reserved, and deeply lacking in extremely basic levels of friendliness and bedside manner. I'm still trying to figure out what I did wrong, especially after reading all the reviews praising this practice.

I've worked many a retail and customer-facing job before (I'm a high school teacher). Maybe they'd had an especially difficult patient before me and that colored our interactions? I don't know. I have healthy teeth, and I have always had great relationships with my dentists, so I was bewildered by how brusque and impatient the dentist was while filling my cavity--this sounds dramatic, but the only way I can describe it is that she disliked me on sight. I picked up on this and tried to stay silent, ask few questions, and basically try to be the most unproblematic and easy patient I could be. I was admittedly a bit nervous about the filling, because--well, nobody ENJOYS having their teeth drilled, it's not exactly a party. But everything was going fine until I asked for the briefest, 10-second break from the drill to catch my breath and re-center.

She snapped, "do you want to go somewhere else? Somewhere they can give you laughing gas or something?" The sheer unfriendliness and lack of bedside manner was so confusing & strange, it brought me to tears. My husband had a separate appointment and cleaning, and he agreed that the tone inside the office, while professional enough, was fairly miserable--as he said, "It seemed like everyone there hated their job. " I'm looking for a new dentist.

I visited Dr Agarwal's office for the first time yesterday. It is a well lit clean modern set up with free parking. The office is located off the main entrance lobby of the building accessed by a secure keypad. The service I received was professional, efficient and I felt that Dr Agarwal cared about my concerns and answered my questions in a way that showed she had depth of knowledge of my circumstances.

I was especially impressed with the X-ray machine which was amazingly quick. I am so happy to have found a Dentist I can trust. Highly recommended.
