Everyone here has a great friendly attitude from the time you walk in to the time you leave. I never felt like they were just rushing to just get me done and sent away, they took the time to hear my concerns and explain all the options available. I would highly recommend this dentist office to anyone around the area.

I went to complete smiles to get my wisdom teeth extracted today, and left with all of them still intact. During previous visits the dentist told me that he could probably take out all 3 in one visit. The staff offered nitrous when I scheduled and I told them that I would like to have that included. I even called last night to make sure that I was getting nitrous and they told me that I was. I get there, everything is going well with the office staff. Dentist arrives, I ask him if we are taking out two or three. His attitude turned slightly unprofessional and had a tone, that he was only willing to do two.

I said that was fine. After they numbed my mouth with multiple shots, a staff member showed me my bill and it was very low. I asked her how it could be that cheap if it included nitrous. She then told me that she was unaware that I was receiving nitrous and went to speak to the dentist about it. The dentist comes in, and flat out tells me that he is cancelling the extraction and sending me else where. I was stunned and told him that I had already scheduled sick time to be here for this. Instead of discussing the issue, he gets up and tells me in a rude tone “thank you for being so flexible” and he walked out of the room.

I walk out and tell my husband about what happened, and I went to the car. Well my husband on the other hand decided that this situation was completely unprofessional went back in. After my husband discussed the issue with the amazing front staff, they offered to continue the extraction. At this point I no longer felt comfortable with the dentist and declined the offer. I will no longer be going there.

They have done a couple fillings, a crown, and an implant Dr Seago is an excellent dentist and his practice uses the most modern equipment. My crown was even made on-site. The hygienist also are experienced and do an excellent job. I highly recommend Dr Seago and Complete Smiles!
