I don't know why I started coming here in 2023 in the first place. My insurance runs out at the end of the month so I wanted to make one last appointment to make sure I got all of my bangs for my bucks. My regular dentist in Remington didn't have availability this week so I made an appointment with my OTHER local dentist at 8 o'clock this morning. When I called to make said appointment last week, I explicitly stated that I had my most recent x-rays and treatment plan dating 02/04/2025 and all I needed was one cavity taken care of. They had me send all my information over and assured me that when I came in this morning, they'd be able to treat me and I'd be on my way.

Phew! No. I get in the chair today and the hygienist starts telling me how xrays older than 6 months are no good and the dentist will have to do a full oral exam with a full set of xrays and then we will determine whether or not SHE "agrees" with my treatment plan. I calmly explain to her that they have all current information and if that's what this appointment was supposed to be, then they should have said that on the phone instead of telling me I'd be good to go but unfortunately, I have a home to clean at 9 a. m. and I don't have time for such a lengthy appointment.

I apologized and got out of the chair and I thought everything was fine until she literally started trash talking me to the receptionist as I was walking out the door which caused me to take a few steps back and say, "don't talk shit when I can still hear you that's rude" Don't get upset at me because you guys didn't tell me the truth. Now mind you, this is the dentist that told me two years ago that I needed like FIVE root canals/crowns and FOUR extractions on teeth that my current dentist deemed fixable with fillings and TWO root canals/crowns. If you just want money, say that. Now I'm losing out on $140 that my insurance would have covered and I'm pissed lol I will happily keep driving an hour to Remington.

Coffee Can Filter

I always have a great experience at this office. The Hygienist and the Dentist always make me feel at ease and they are fun and friendly to talk with. I’ve never had issues with any of the work I’ve had done and recommend them to anyone that is ever looking for a dentist in the area.
