Tongue almost cut off❗️ I’ll try to keep this short. I tried to research a great place to go and ended up choosing the worse. Main window receptionist always has and attitude. She’s rude in person and over the phone. My experience here had me worried about my safety during procedures and cleanliness is very questionable. One example of many is someone needing help finding a tool and the other person using their bare hands to shuffle through the tools that’s being screwed on to go in my mouth. As a new patient my first visit was awful. The dentist didn’t greet or communicate with me. After the procedure I figured I’d try to talk to him about my concerns looked up and he was gone. Didn’t say a word just left. And that was my experience with him for the rest of my visit. I might as well have been a test dummy in the chair. Another thing that stands out was a DH using a big smelly wand to scan my tooth but clunking it around in my mouth hitting the rest of my teeth as if I was a test dummy. It was painful.

I thought she was going to knock my teeth out. I dreaded going to this place. I unfortunately decided to finish a tooth that was already partially done . My last time going gave me anxiety and I had a bad feeling. After my crown was done I had to go back because it was so bad. Horrible horrible work. Also, I was told my crown was $600. It was actually $400. I went back to get my crown fixed and my tongue was almost cut off. During atempted buffing a piece of tool fell off or broke off in my mouth and was put back on. The attempted buffing of my crown continued and immediately there was an explosion in my mouth. All I felt was pain and blood. It was so traumatizing. The dentist said well I can’t sew your tongue up.

They told me to come back in 2 weeks (never) The dentist of course didn’t care and showed me that from start. I tried getting one of the complementary waters to help with the blood but it was none there and they didn’t offer. I was litterally on my own. Also, the day I got my crown after talking amongst each other they left me without saying a word. 10 minutes go by. I’m thinking something was wrong. I finally stop someone and learned that they were preparing the crown and I’d be in the chair for about 20 minutes. Why walk away without telling me that. But like I said the dentist didn’t communicate, show concern or care about why I came there in the first place. Such a horrifying and awful experience. This dentist should retire. He does not care about his patients or maybe it was just me. I was left with a cut tongue and bad crown that I still can’t chew on. It’s so uncomfortable

Having not been to a dentist in a long time my experience was excellent. I was always apprehensive about going to the Dentis. Dr, Bruno and especially his dental assistant who was the one who reassured me.

What a wonderful first visit. From the front office ladies, the dental assistant, the hygienist to Dr. Bruno. . . . awesome service. Although I had to wait for a while because Dr.

Bruno had an appointment that took a while, IT WAS worth the wait. When Dr. Bruno did get to me, he took his time for my examination and explained everything. Finally found a dentist and office staff that are super great. Highly recommend Dr. Bruno and the Comprehensive Dentistry.
