I needed a root canal and had one done at this office. The day I had it done, I felt pain as the doctor was drilling through my tooth. After saying ouch and obviously displaying discomfort, he didn’t stop. His assistant told me I had a ‘hot tooth,’ but he himself didn’t explain that to me. I allowed him to try again thinking maybe the pain was in my head, but no, I still felt air in the socket. My appointment was rescheduled and the root canal, I thought, was a success.
The day I got my crown, it wasn’t seated properly and the dentist started to drill down an opposing tooth without my permission. Within a few weeks, I felt pain on the tooth that I just got a crown on, and long story short, I ended up with an abscess. I went to a different dentist and was told I needed a root canal retreatment, even though the one Dr. Gordon performed only lasted less than 2 months. After seeing an endodontist, come to find out, he drilled too far when performing the root canal. Longer story short, I now need an implant, all because Dr.
Gordon played in my mouth. I paid him out of my own pocket because I didn’t have insurance at the time, and instead of him refunding me a portion of my money, he told me how the other doctors I went to could’ve fixed the problem when his work should’ve never caused a problem in the first place. I could say more, but I’ll stop here, but if you can help it, please don’t let this man play in your mouth, the teeth cleaning he did on me wasn’t even done properly. I’ve never had dental anxiety until now, and I really regret going back to him to retry the root canal, but I had paid for it upfront, which I feel like no one should have to do. But I learned an expensive lesson and I hope you all can learn from my mistake.

Friendly and helpful staff, very outdated equipment and the hygienist was not thorough in her cleaning. Kind of messy environment behind the desk, they misplaced my X-rays so when I returned had to redo them. No rinsing while cleaning available, they just have you wash with listerene and spit it out after they do the cleaning.
I really appreciated the quickness of being scheduled and the kindness of the dentist and staff, which is why this is not a lower review but I will likely not return.
