Established over a decade ago, CPO has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality patient care, focusing on restoring mobility and improving the quality of life for individuals facing diverse physical challenges. CPO offers a comprehensive range of customized solutions for both prosthetics (artificial limbs) and orthotics (supportive braces). Their services cater to a wide spectrum of patient needs, from pediatric patients requiring specialized solutions for active childhoods to adults dealing with conditions like amputations, stroke, multiple sclerosis, cerebral palsy, osteoarthritis, traumatic injuries, and spinal issues such as scoliosis. Their prosthetic services include custom-made artificial limbs for upper and lower extremities, meticulously designed with comfortable liners and tailored to each patient's unique functional requirements. In addition to device provision, they offer prosthetic rehabilitation and post-mastectomy services. On the orthotic side, CPO provides a vast array of devices, including: Lower Extremity Orthotics: Foot orthoses, ankle-foot orthoses (AFOs), knee-ankle-foot orthoses (KAFOs), and specialized braces for conditions like foot drop (including Walk-Aide devices), plantar fasciitis, sports injuries, and diabetic foot care. Upper Extremity Orthotics: Braces and supports for shoulders, elbows, arms, hands, and wrists, addressing issues such as carpal tunnel syndrome, fractures, and post-surgical recovery. Spinal Orthotics: Cervical and spinal braces designed to restrict motion, provide support, and reduce pain for conditions like scoliosis, spondylitis, and post-operative care. CPO emphasizes a patient-centric approach, utilizing exceptional clinical knowledge, sound business practices, and cutting-edge laboratory techniques for device fabrication. They prioritize patient assessment to formulate and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring precise measurements and comfortable, functional devices. Their team comprises certified prosthetists and orthotists (CPOs) who are committed to continuous learning and staying abreast of the latest technologies in the field. The company's vision is to be a premier provider, driven by honesty, compassion, transparency, and teamwork. They aim to achieve superior patient outcomes, maximize satisfaction, and continuously optimize organizational performance. When trying to call the home office in Peoria rarely can you get in contact eith someone. Depending how long you stay on the phone listening ti music you will than be asked to, leave a message, if you do this you might get a call back.

When and if you get a call back, your chances are big that hey are very rude and unprofessional. The staff at the Peru office are knowledgeable, very polite, and ready to help in any way possible and very professional in dealing with patients.

This type of behavior has been discussed with the Peru staff already, they gave me the site to complain about the unproffessional behavior of the Peoria office staff. The prostetic process started in 2024 and wasnt submitted properly so the claim was denied snd we werent informed in time to get approval done in the fiscal year which now makes him have a co-pay of around $1,800,00" I posted this review weeks ago and was told someone would get back to me Seems like they really don't care as noone has contacted me about the review or tried to get my contact info

Would NOT recommend this place to anyone. I would give zero stars if I could. The orthotist bedside manner with my infant son was terrible. He had zero patience with him and got mad and irritated with him while he was moving trying to get measurements. The place was not clean didn’t even wipe down the toy he was using after just tossed them back into his drawer.

He did not wash his hands in between clients nor did they clean the room in between clients. He was also an hour behind. The only positve I had was the front desk receptionist was kind and helpful. I will not be returning.

This office does not have it together and getting a hold of them is a nightmare. We waited an insane amount of time for my sons compression garments only to be told there was an insurance issue for the past few months no one contacted me about. The doctor changed the order without consent so the order would come in faster meaning my son doesn’t have what he actually needs.

We got measured for the correct items again, being it was months later, and additional foot items and have now been waiting since August to hear anything. Would not recommend. My sons care suffers because they don’t do things correctly
