I was in the process of becoming a new patient based off other reviews. But, due to the lack of patience, snide comments, use of my name, and condescending tone of receptionist. I am no longer interested in this place. Just because were on the east side doesn’t mean your going to talk to me like it. I suggest you get the help together.
