Terrible experience. I had an emergency wisdom tooth issue and waited months for an appointment. They confirmed it, then left me waiting 25 minutes in the lobby before telling me I couldn’t be seen and there was no doctor available. They rescheduled me, only to cancel again 10 minutes before the next appointment — while I was already five min on my way.

Then claimed they don’t take new patients, even though I’ve been going there since 2009. Completely unprofessional and disorganized. Don’t even waste your time going to this place!

Im glad I found Concord Dental this year when my dentist retired at the end of 2024. With my insurance not to many dentist took my insurance but Concord Dental did. Beautiful facility with plenty of parking. First class staff from the receptionist, billing, scheduling personnel and the rest of the front-end employees.

The medical assistant and the dentist are very professional and made a great team. Extremely pleased with the dental work I had done and would highly recommend the Concord Dental team. A plus!

3/1525. . . FREE DENTAL CLINIC. . Dr. Amin fixed my daughter's front tooth and did x-rays. . . the first hygienist that roomed my daughter Grace Decino was very mean and rude which scared Grace and she started to cry; she wanted to leave!. . . It was hard enough getting her in there to begin with!!. . . I asked for a different hygienist which I think was Mary Kate. . . . she comforted Grace and calmed her down. . she did a great job with Grace!.

. . . . I have to say the host at the front door. . . the entire front desk was so kind, warm, welcoming and comforting! BUT!. . . The ROCKSTAR of that day was RACHEL!!!. . She noticed me crying and nervous so she came up to me to console me. . . she just hugged me, rubbed my back and empathized with me!. while the host at the front door gave me a bottle of water!. . . . . that 100% got me through that appointment!! THANK YOU RACHEL!!!!

The positive reviews listed are actually an understatement. My son and I left with the best first impression. I’m so relieved knowing I found the right place for my family. Every staff member I met was friendly. The place is very sanitary with thoughtfully placed televisions positioned upside down so you can watch a program while you’re being worked on. I haven’t had such a thorough examination since I visited a dental school years ago. Students are typically eager to practice, so they look for everything with critical teachers over their shoulders picking at every detail. Unfortunately they usually take forever. This place was just as precise without the snail pace.

My dentist was so sweet but I spent most of my time with Ashley, my dental hygienist. She’s so professional, patient and charming. She explained everything to ease my nerves. I can go on and on. Nonetheless I’m grateful. If you’re hesitant, don’t be. Concord Dental will not disappoint.
