I have to say that this place is great! I've been going to Confident Smile Dental Hygiene Clinic in Oakville for a 5 years. Justina is professional, friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. I find that a trip to her office strikes a perfect balance between respectful professionalism and a genuine friendship between client and employee. This place has everything that I wish for. It's so clean and well designed. and the choice of Live TV stations is always much appreciated.

It is evident that Justina has a great degree of knowledge and experience in her field. She answers questions thoroughly and is always happy to provide advice or technique suggestions in regard to brushing, flossing, etc. I would absolutely recommend Confident Smile Dental Hygiene Clinic. I absolutely love this hygienist. Justina is amazing. She’s very professional, sweet, and fun to talk to. She makes you feel very comfortable. She lets you pick a show to watch while she’s cleaning your teeth, makes fun small talk, and remembers you well even after you see her after a year. What I like is that she calls to remind you that it’s been one year since your last appointment and books one for you. This is very nice as I’m a busy person and often forget booking these kind of appointments.

She also has all your previous information from past appointments you made with her so she takes care of the insurance if you have any, etc. Overall, love going to her. She is genuinely a very sweet person and will recommend this place to other people. PS. She does a really wonderful job at cleaning also. :) I feel squeaky clean every time I leave her place.

Hate to give good reviews then it gets so busy hard to book. But Shannon is the best and this 75 year old can compare .Beautiful office and Shannon is full of experience and a very soft but confident touch. Besides my teeth have never felt better.
