All in all a very pleasant experience. The dental assistants were very kind and the atmosphere was very welcoming. The staff were knowledgeable and I felt confident in their abilities. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this clinic to my friends and family. Definitely a step above the average dental experience.

The most INCOMPETENT place I have ever been and the crazy thing is I wasn’t even SEEN. I had an emergency appointment booked. I arrived and completed all check in at 2:01pm. I sat down and realized it had been almost TWENTY MINUTES since my appointment should’ve started.

I go up to the front desk to express concern and she says “I’ll go back and grab Miguel” Miguel comes up front and goes “what did you think your appointment was?” I explained 2pm she goes “oh no, that’s not how it is in our system and we’re running behind” then proceeds to say “you’re going to have to wait” I explain to her “I can’t wait I also have other appointments” Miguel goes “well that’s unfortunate, we still have to bill your insurance” I asked them to cancel the appointment. I was never brought back or even sat in an exam chair so how can you bill me? Anywho I call and ask for an office manager so I can get more clarification on what happened. “Ashley” the office manager answers the phone. I explain and she explains and starts with “in my 8 years of dentistry this is just how it goes” I told her thank you and ended the phone call.

Beware of these people and the office Manager. In looking at prior reviews I should’ve never stepped foot in this place! If you value good patient experience this is NOT the place for you! RUN FAR AWAY!

Very pleased with the level of care, professionalism and knowledge shown in the office. Dr. Aitken's explained what he was doing multiple times during the procedure, checked to make sure I was still comfortable and doing well and performed the needed treatment with gentleness. Very happy with all the work they did for me and.would recommend this office.

I had a very good experience this morning. I had to get teeth removed due to my orthodontist treatment & Dr. Aitkens & Miguel were both very attentive and empathetic of how anxious I was for this procedure. I appreciated how reassuring & patient they were, I left feeling well taken care of, heard & very grateful.
