Detailed Introduction

Conyers Endodontic Center is a highly specialized dental practice located at 1920 GA-20 Ste A, Conyers, GA 30013. This clinic is exclusively dedicated to endodontic care, which is the branch of dentistry focusing on the pulp and surrounding tissues of the tooth. The expert team is led by respected endodontic specialists including Dr. Rolin Desir, Dr. Alison St. Paul, and Dr. Candace De Veaux, who are specialist members of the American Association of Endodontists. Dr. Desir also owns the McDonough Endodontic Center. The center's primary mission is to provide the highest standard of professional care in a friendly, comfortable, and uplifting environment, with a strong commitment to saving natural teeth. They aim to alleviate pain and discomfort while preserving as much of the patient's natural tooth structure as possible. Services offered by Conyers Endodontic Center include: Root Canal Treatment: This is their most common procedure, involving the removal of infected or inflamed tissue from the inside of the tooth, cleaning, shaping, and sealing the root canals to prevent reinfection. They emphasize that root canal therapy, when performed by specialists with advanced techniques and anesthetics, is not painful and is crucial for saving a damaged tooth from extraction. Endodontic Retreatment: For cases where initial root canal therapy has not healed properly or new problems arise, they perform retreatment to address persistent inflammation or infection, often using advanced tools to identify complexities. Endodontic Microsurgery (Apicoectomy): When non-surgical approaches are insufficient, they perform microsurgical procedures like apicoectomies, which involve removing the tip of the tooth's root and sealing the area to promote healing. Regenerative Procedures: The clinic is at the forefront of regenerative endodontics, focusing on restoring damaged root canals and facilitating the continued development of the root and surrounding tissues, particularly for necrotic, immature permanent teeth. Emergency Endodontic Care: They also handle dental emergencies, prioritizing patients with pain or urgent situations. Conyers Endodontic Center is committed to utilizing advanced technology to enhance diagnostic accuracy and treatment success. This includes: Cone Beam CT (CBCT): For highly accurate, 3-D radiographic images for diagnosis, planning, and treatment. This technology provides detailed visualization of teeth, bone, sinuses, and surrounding structures with minimal radiation. Digital Imaging/Radiography: Reduces radiation exposure compared to traditional X-rays and provides instant, high-quality images for better diagnostic capability and patient understanding. Surgical Operating Microscopes (SOM): Offer significantly enhanced magnification (4 to 25 times) and fiber optic illumination, allowing doctors to see tiny details inside the tooth, crucial for identifying small canals, cracks, fractures, and leakage. Electronic Apex Locators: Devices used to accurately determine the length of the root canal. Digital Intraoral Cameras: Enable real-time viewing of teeth and mouth structures for patient education and improved understanding. Electronic Medical Records (EMR): For quick, accurate, and secure access to patient information. Patient comfort is a high priority, with options for sedation such as oral conscious sedation and nitrous oxide. Patients frequently commend the friendly, professional, and comforting staff, noting positive experiences even with procedures like root canals, which are often associated with anxiety. The clinic prides itself on personalized care, clear communication, and a welcoming environment. They work with various insurance plans and offer financing options to ensure accessibility to care.

Everyone from Nancy at the front desk to Dr Patel makes you feel at ease. They were able to get me in quickly when I called about my toothache. The root canal went great and no more pain! They also have a beautiful facility. Thank you Gwen

I went in as a walk-in for an emergency root canal procedure. The receptionist was so kind and accommodated regarding setting my root canal appointment the same day. Mariah and Dr. Patel showed extremely empathy towards the loss of Father. The stress had caused me to have extreme gum and crown issues. Dr.

Patel and Mariah handled my surgery with kindness and compassion. The entire staff, Mariah, and Dr. Patel is a top-quality group of doctors and staff. I really appreciate the quality of work, which was done towards my root canal. Excellent, top-notch, and kind group of ladies!!!

Dr. Desir and the whole team are awesome! Root canals are usually terrifying, but they really put you at ease the whole time. That follow-up the next day? Such a nice touch, shows they really care.

I have to say that this was probably one of the best experiences with any office I have been to in a long time the staff and Dr. Desir were all excellent . I have never had anything majorly wrong with my teeth and I had to have a root canal. They were beyond professional and compassionate. I would highly recommend this office if you have any dental issues that need addressed
