I've been a patient since Dr. Cook and Dr. Smart first took over from my previous dentist Dr. Burns (1998?) to the present with Dr. Cook and Dr. Fernyhough. Through all those years, the care has maintained the caring, professional, and friendly atmosphere that makes my trip to the dentist a genuine pleasure.

It is always interesting to see what new dentistry methodology awaits me as Dr. Cook and staff are always in tune with the latest ( scanning, 3d printing, lasers). I’ve often felt like just another customer on a conveyor belt at other offices, but that wasn’t the case here. The dental care is A+. The extended staff has a good vibe about them too. Dr. Cook was warm and professional. Tailoring her expertise to my specific needs by providing insights that past dentists hadn’t. Her suggestions were relevant with no hint of upsell.

The dental hygienist was excellent too. No pain, no discomfort, no fatigued jaw. My previous dentist had a 3 month wait so I decided to look elsewhere. Stumbled upon Cook Family Dentistry via Google Maps and thought I’d I give them a try. I’ve had a difficult over the years finding a good dentist I was satisfied with, so I’m happy to have found this place.
