I go in there on my last leg, unable to breathe and been sick for days only to be told that they will not see me because I don’t have a primary care physician. Now, if that doesn’t tell me that that whole healthcare system screams greedI don’t know what does.

But they were kind enough to give me the name of the hospital that’s over 40 minutes away and in one Direction and another one that’s almost an hour away and another. That’ll see me y’all being in Lakeview is a joke and it is an embarrassment to physician who actually care and do their job and aren’t about the money

We called before going and was on hold until we walked through the door to see both receptionists shooting the breeze with 2 other employees. We were on hold for nearly 15 minutes so they could chat? Then we are informed the wait would be at least 1 to 1 1/2 hours before they could take my daughter back to a room because 2 other people were before us. Which, by the way, those 2 people were still in the waiting room.

I get waiting behind people who were there first, I don't have a problem with that after 20 years of being a military wife, (hurry up and wait) but the entire trip could have been avoided had they just answered their freaking phone. We took her to the emergency room in big rapids and were in and out in less than 45 minutes. Why did they close down our hospital to build this "clinic" that has yet to ever have been able to see any of us? They were so busy, there were 7 cars in the entire parking lot and there were at least 4 employees not including the doctor, and they were busy? Get your heads back on their shoulders where they should be and get your priorities straight.

Your there to help the sick, not to shoot the breeze with your co-workers.

I am shocked by the bad reviews. I have always been seen promptly, and I was completely satisfied with the outcome. My docter is there as well. I found her there after she left another office. I've been with her for many years.

I've been into this place many of times because myself or my kiddos always seem to get sick on a weekend. And everyone there is amazing. Our favorite is Sada, she is very caring and straight to business and gets you in and out in a very timely manner.
