My 19 year old son reached out for mental health after being referred. It has been 2 months and they do not even return his calls. My son is not one to ask for help. If he’s reaching out, he needs it. Shame on you for not reaching back out to him. This place is lowest lows. Would never recommend this disgusting practice.

Never did I think I’d have to write a review but here we are. I have yet to come across a decent dentist in this area (ones that accept Medicaid, which is already DIFFICULT) I’ve been to this office twice. I completely understand you’re working with patients who mostly offer Medicaid benefits, sure. But we are still HUMAN BEINGS.

I had no issues with the receptionist. I’m someone who suffers with anxiety and anxiety of the dentist(as usually is everyone). If you are someone who is anxious about going to the dentist, DO NOT go here. I stated I had anxiety and was told to go elsewhere because they don’t offer sedation(which I understand, but I did not need to be sedated, I was just anxious :) ) I felt rushed out of the appointment after stating I had anxiety, barely looked at my teeth and missed one completely that I wanted looked at.

Overall, I felt like I was discriminated against for being scared of the dentist? Being told that I need to be hospitalized was completely humiliating. Please be nicer to patients, trust me, we also don’t want to be there just as much as you. :)

I'd like to say that I just called there and tried to get an appointment because my son would like to start going back there and he broke his tooth and was trying to get an appointment and they said the first time that they can get him in is 4 weeks and it's just a consultation so yeah no thanks that's crazy

We utilize cornerstone psychiatry for my son. We have been this this office for a few years and the only reason we stay is because we absolutely love Dr. Morton. If it weren't for her we would have found a new office a long time ago.

We have had issues with ignorant and very unprofessional staff, med refill issues, if you have a issue and need an appt you there is never any sooner appointments available for you. There have been times I have called 10+ times and never got a return call. It came down to having to call cornerstone pediatrics to speak to the social worker and report a problem. I have spoke with the office manager at cornerstone psych but all she does is make excuses for her staff and their actions.

There are certain medications that you cannot go without due to causing other medical issues and you should never be without meds period. There have been med issues with my son between the pharmacy and the office and he would go without medications because the office doesn't return calls or the staff just transfer you to the medline to leave a message and that's as far as it goes.
