I have been a patient at Cornerstone dentistry for almost 40 years. Over the years I have seen many changes in staff and procedures . With the retirement of Dr. Dorian and many of his staff major changes took place. This clinic has seen many many positive changes . The waiting area is bright, cheerful and inviting. I love the new children's area and the added coffee corner. The staff is the best.

My recent visit was with hygienist Priya Patel and Dr. Rachit Gangar. Priya was very knowledgeable and thorough during my x-rays and cleaning and made me feel very comfortable during both procedures. Dr Gangar addressed all my concerns after my exam and explained next steps in my dental care thoroughly. I love all the new changes I can now say. I enjoy going to the dentist.

Absolutely fantastic experience. I am terrified of dentists and needed a tooth pulled. Did not feel a thing! I was amazed when the dentist was done. Customer service is very friendly helpful above and beyond.

I have been a client at this office since my very first dental visit when I was 5 years old! My family has been loyal to this office , personally I've Been attending this office for the last 25 years and never had any issues previously . I've had my Wisdom teeth, multiple cleaning and fillings performed here and never a problem with the previous dentist . My last visit was beyond disappointing and ridiculous. Came in with my front tooth broken , they previously repaired 3 years ago with no issues . I went in yesterday and it seemed like just a money grab and the dentist and hygienist were not personable or polite what so ever .

The receptionist was more helpful than anyone honestly . The dentist was very dismissive and told me before she would repair my tooth I needed a cleaning which seemed odd to me because the last time my tooth was broken I didn't have a cleaning for years and they were able to repair it that day . She wouldn't answer my questions and made me very uncomfortable. The dentist also started to try and sell me on Invisalign which was totally irrelevant to my visit . .

I came in for an emergency repair , not to correct my smile . Luckily I was recommended Monarch dentistry on colborne and they repaired my tooth the same day ( without the need for a cleaning or trying to sell me on additional services ) Amazing staff and incredible experience . Definitely time to change offices , Cornerstone is not the same as it was unfortunately.

Received an invoice in the mail for a balance of $86. 40 with no information as to what the balance was for or who it is for. Ended up calling the dentist office 06/18/25 and spoke to a girl on the desk that said the balance is from last Aug and apparently my insurance company didn’t pay the difference.

I asked to speak to a manager at which I stayed on hold for 15 mins to be told the manager was in a meeting and she would call me back when she was out and never did. 6/19/25 I receive a call from the office manager and I asked why after almost a year and being at the office well over 4 times since then has nothing been bought to my attention if there was an issue and I got nothing but excuses and yet still excepted to pay this balance. I’ve been a Client at the dentist office since I was 3 and this is how I’m treated.

Everytime I’ve been at the office I’ve always paid full amount upfront and had my insurance reimburse me so not sure why this falls on me when your staff messed up and clearly didn’t take the correct amount.
