My wife and I are from the area, but have been living in Hawaii for the last 4 years. We were visiting family when I had some debilitating pain that required a root canal. I have some pretty good anxiety about dental work due to previous experiences with other doctors. Dr. Goettsche and his staff were literally amazing though.
They were warm, explained the entire procedure, and set me at ease in a way I didn't think was possible. I felt nothing during the procedure, and walked away feeling like it went better than the majority of fillings I've had to get. Talented and kind. I highly recommend.

Dr. Jorgensen and his staff were fantastic. They were able to fit me in and get me taken care of right away for a root canal. Quick and easy.

This place made me feel sooo comfortable! I went to my local dentist the day before going here and was told I had a small infection and need a root canal on a previously crowned tooth. There was a 2+ week wait on an endodontist near me in Moline, IL and I was in so much pain. I googled any other endodontist that could get me in for an emergency visit and all of them told me to either have $1. 000+ or they couldn’t see me or they had wait times into May (it’s January). When I called this place the front desk receptionist (Anika) was so very caring and told me my insurance is out of network but she would call me back asap with how much is needed at the time and if they could get me in. She held her word and called me back asap and told me they could get me in the very next morning.
When I met Dr. Jorgensen he was seriously so sweet to my mom and I and stayed back with me to ease my anxiety while waiting for my Novocain to work and he didn’t rush anything. He was calm, patient and talked with me about his kids relating to things with my kids. No rushing what so ever and his dental assistant made me feel very comfortable as well. They explained everything they were doing step by step and even with my stubborn tooth that was SO sensitive and wouldn’t numb previously for any other dentist, he tested it and made SURE it was numb before he went any further. I was so scared and in tears before coming here.
He told me if I wasn’t in there when I was I would’ve been in the er for swelling and spread of infection possibly. I am so blessed to have gotten in with this office. Best dental experience I’ve ever had (and I’ve had a lot in the past) nowhere comes near to here. They will take care of you and treat you like you’re important to them! I can’t thank yall enough! The hour drive here was so worth it to me. I will refer everyone here who is in pain and needs help!

I've seen Dr. Jorgensen twice now and he does amazing work and is caring. I had to have an older root canal checked that he had previously done. It needed the filling re-done as it was over 8 years old.
He did it quickly and well and as their clinic is out of network for me, he didn't charge me for the filling beyond what was covered by my insurance. All their staff at the clinic were very kind, helpful, and explained everything well. I will definitely see them again if I need any other endodontic care!
