Was calling around looking for a new dentist and was given this place. Called and spoke to the receptionist (I believe she said her name was Kelly) who just did not have the time for my questions or provide any answers. Acted like my calling in to the business interrupted her crossword puzzle. Glad I dodged a bullet if that's the service to be expected.

My daughter and I have been going to this dentist for years. My last appointment was marked as a "no call/no show" because I was a little late arriving. I had the appointment in my phone calendar and written down on paper. When I arrived I was EARLY according to my records.

I explained this to them. Either way, it's not a "no show. " The new receptionist was rude and unreasonable when I went in. I sincerely hope the dentist hires a new appointment scheduler that's actually capable of doing their customer service job!

My daughter started seeing Brad several years ago now when her old pediatric dentist retired. I knew Brads family as his daughter was in our girl scout group. My daughter fell and chipped a tooth one day and with her dentist being retired and we didn't like the new company that took over, I called Brad to see if he could see a new patient and whether he thought we should have it looked at. He told me to call the office and I was able to get her in to make sure the tooth wasn't damaged beyond the chip.

Immediately I got all my daughters paperwork transferred over to Brad's office and my daughter still goes to him and LOVES everyone there. Brad has made her more comfortable being at the dentist as she hated going before she started at this office.
