If I could give less than 1 star I would. This is a pathetically managed office. I was very happy with Dr. Boling my first couple of visits and had referred multiple people to this office.

Today I show up for my scheduled cleaning to learn I am not on the schedule and have been made an inactive patient without reason. My job does not allow me to take time off work as I handle clients globally so for me to have this happen was very inconvenient. The office manager stated she would look into this then call me back. When she calls me back she stated multiple office staff stated I was communicating being unhappy with my last appointment so they went in and made me an inactive patient without my consent, cancelled my appointment without informing me.

This is a VERY inaccurate statement and seems to be someone just trying to cover themselves for their own mistake. This office staff needs to be educated on how to handle situations. Avoid going here if you value your time and rapport with your dentist.

Dr. Boling is the BEST dentist my family has ever been to. She is so very caring and her staff takes their time on your services. Some dentists I have been to in the past would rush you in and out within 15 minutes but not at Cosmetic and Family Dentistry. They are very thorough with their cleanings and everyone is so nice.

One of my kids has very high anxiety, especially when it comes to dental work, and Dr. Boling is always very patient and helpful with getting her comfortable. The office is very clean and comfortable, you feel like you are in her home.

Taken my elderly father there numerous times, staff is very friendly and efficient, Dr Boling takes her time with him and explains exactly each procedure
