Visited Dr. Chase & team for the first time due to a dental emergency for our 8 year old daughter. After having a failed dental repair days earlier we quickly realized we needed a dentist that specializes in dental trauma. My only regret was not bringing my daughter sooner. It was clear they are experienced and skilled in advanced dentistry. Dr.

Chase & hygienist Mary took excellent care of her. We are very happy with the results and care she received. We will continue to see Dr. Chase to ensure continuity and monitoring for her dental needs. Very thankful to have found this clinic!

Because my dentist had recently retired, I called the dental office of an old friend when a rear molar crown came off & was offered an appointment early the following morning with his associate, Dr. Seubert. He and his assistant Ashley were able to easily re-adhere my crown. Everything went smoothly and I found everyone to be thoroughly professional & personable. I will be seeing Dr. Seubert this fall for my next checkup and any ongoing dental care. I look forward to becoming part of the ‘family’ of patients for whom they provide expert dental care and advice. Thanks again.

10/8/24 Update: In the last three years, I have had several visits to Cosmetic, Family and Sports Dentistry (CFSD) for cleanings, one filling, evaluation for a toothache due to a radicular cyst (inflammatory growth assoc. with nonvital tooth), some veneer work on upper teeth and most recently two molar implant crowns placed. So, I have been busy visiting my 'new' dentist, Dr. Sheridan DDS for various dental maladies and treatments and I want to inform you that I am very happy with her expert dental work and knowledge, but just as importantly, the concern she, her team and entire office staff have about always rendering expert, quality care to their patients. Laurie and the scheduling team up front were able to alert me of openings to allow me to get veneer work completed for an important event and even today found me an opening for me to have my teeth cleaned after the placement of the two crowns for my implants. CFSD always strive for perfection as their standard of care and your satisfaction is always of paramount concern, so it is without any reservation I give CFSD my highest recommendation to you as a source for your dental needs and care. Thank you, Dr. Sheridan.

jrs 10-8-24 Update 4-21-25 6 month checkup revealed small cavity due to exposed dentin base of lower tooth spotted by hygenist Stacey and confirmed by Dr. Sheridan. I am scheduled for a crown placement next week. Once again timely, regular dental checkups allow early detection and steps to be taken to preserve my dentition. Thx Stacey and Dr. Sheridan.

Best dental office I've ever been to. Especially recommend if you have any sort of major cosmetic work to be done. I had two broken front teeth from childhood and spent the past 10 years consulting with several different dental offices that could help me replace the original, oversized bonding and also straighten my teeth while avoiding the awkward middle stage of that. . . Figuring out a plan with any single dentist felt like pulling teeth. .

. all of the other dentists I spoke to would refer me to an ortho and not really be able to talk through what the process would require holistically to get the best end result. Chase immediately understood the concerns and also challenged my longheld assumption that I would need crowns. No other dentist gave me any indication there would be a reasonable alternative to crowns, or warned me about potential nerve pain if i went that route - given how close my breaks were to the nerve. Chase shared all of his feedback about the considerations and made me feel confident in his plan, empowering me to make an informed decision. I got new bonding put in today by Chase and it looks soooo much better. Also have invisalign scheduled and a plan to adjust the bonding as that progresses.

I couldn't have asked for a more friendly, accomodating, and knowledgeable dental office. I'm so glad I held out on moving forward until finding Chase and this office. Really can't thank them enough. Everything I was looking for and then some. Thank you all for the amazing work you do! 🙏
